1.Based on our current validation procedures, the recovery rate of target mutations is approximately 85%. A target mutation is considered successfully recovered if at least one heterozygous or homozygous mutant plant is identified among the 40 seeds distributed for that site.

2. We provide a pre-distribution mutation validation service. After a user orders a mutant line, we can genotype the plants and supply seeds confirmed to carry the target mutation. The validation fee is RMB ￥500 per mutation site. If the requested mutation cannot be recovered after validation, we will replace it with an equivalent mutant line and validate the replacement at no additional charge.

3. If a distributed mutant line is found by the user not to carry the requested mutation, we will repeat the validation. The revalidation fee is RMB ￥500 per mutation site, and confirmed positive seeds will be supplied to the user. If the target mutation is still not recovered, we will provide and validate an equivalent replacement line free of charge.

4. Please sow only half of the seeds initially and retain the remaining half as a backup.
